Agriculture needs more than new farmers. It needs innovators, engineers, communicators, technicians, entrepreneurs and leaders who can connect production with technology, markets and climate action.
Practical exposure is essential. When young people can see and operate real systems—from hydroponics and irrigation to nurseries and market enterprises—they are more likely to recognise agriculture as a space for meaningful careers and enterprise creation.
